I've been to Five Guys in MD, Jersey, and New York. The best one was probably the first NY location that I used to live next door to. Every other one has been a downward trend, especially my local one.

That seems to back up what Serious eats said about NY and NJ ones being terrible. Guess location matters. For record I've only had a couple in Washington, several up and down California 1 in PA (which actually was not too far off from the stuff you guys have described) and 1 in Florida that was ok but definitely below the west coast ones I've tried.

And my in-between value + taste - The Habit. If I want to spend more money than In & Out but want better quality, I go here. Also helps I like their tempura green beans and have the option for a teriyaki tri-tip sandwich on sourdough if I feel like splurging. And they have a location in the LAX terminal whenever I fly Alaska.

Have you tried the new French onion burger it's pretty great. Also I think it's funny their tempura green beans are way better than their fries and their onion rings were just terrible. That said for all the flack I'd give it I'd say In N Out is better quality. just not as much options and tastes

It's only good by fast food chain standards. If you live in Cali (because for some reason this is the only place where the cut is popular) you can find way better. If you are anywhere near north bay area and want some bbq/tritip I highly recommend http://www.busterssouthernbbq.com/. Just believe them when they tell you the hot bbq is really hot... they don't refund if it's too hot for you lol

I've been to about a dozen different ones in 4 different states and every single one of them I still had to add salt. I think you are mistaking actually salting them some with oversalting since a lot of places basically do little to none nowadays. As far as the second part I agree... I also would put literally every single chain burger in the same category

there was no mistaking the 13,000 mg of sodium included with our fries. we have been disappointed on two total visits to two different locations but in the same general area, at which point we flawlessly concluded the suckiness of all locations everywhere

Dutch man, 69, sues to lower his age

Emile Ratelband, 69, wants to shift his birthday from 11 March 1949 to 11 March 1969, comparing the change to identifying as being transgender.

"You can change your name. You can change your gender. Why not your age?" he told Dutch paper De Telegraaf.

A local court in the city of Arnhem, south-east of Amsterdam, is expected to rule on the case within four weeks.

Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad reported the court was sceptical of the suit, saying there was no legal mechanism allowing a person to change their birth date.

But Mr Ratelband argued he feels discriminated against because of his age, and that it was affecting his employment chances and his success rate on the dating app, Tinder.

"When I'm 69, I am limited. If I'm 49, then I can buy a new house, drive a different car. I can take up more work," he said.

"When I'm on Tinder and it say I'm 69, I don't get an answer. When I'm 49, with the face I have, I will be in a luxurious position."

Mr Ratelband further argued that according to his doctors he has the body of a 45-year-old, and described himself as a "young god".

The pensioner also said he would renounce his pension if he switched his birth date.

1. That's enough sodium to kill you and you're whole family.

2. It's usually pretty hard to find ground beef that fatty. It wouldn't cook right anyways. They list their ground beef as 80/20 and their macro nutrient break down corresponds to pretty close so you might want to contact idk the FDA or something for having such insanely false advertising. Or you could try cooking a hamburger with even just 75/25 and see how it's clearly not that fatty
