How is that title clickbait? Did you read the article. That is exactly what it talks about in the article. I guess you could get him on a technicality because they never explicitly say the lacy thong was the only reason he got acquitted but it was definitely a cornerstone of the defense.

I did read the article. Also read the one it links did you? Because if you had you'd know that was only a part of the defense and in fact makes it sound like it was only part of the closing address. No technically about it

I even said in my post that it wasn't their entire defense. I disagree with you that it is a clickbait title. The defense used the type of underwear being worn by the victim as part of their defense. It is a ridiculous stance to take and shouldn't have even come up and now they are facing protests and outrage over it.
