First link has sleep aids (roseanne was clearly given a male dose of Ambien) and heart meds, i stopped there.

None of those are peer reviewed or researched sources (there's one from the APA but even they rate their sources at best as a C).... So, again. What are these drugs and medications that are so vastly different that they prescribe it by gender and not by weight.

Drugs are based off of severity of the complaint and adjusted from there, sure there are initial dose you start with which is based off weight but the average person (male/female) will end up being prescribed within the same range/amount because men are on average heavier than women and thus a high dose is required.

Reports of sex differences that persist after considering weight may warrant further dosage adjustments. In addition, investigations are often performed in healthy fasting individuals yet medications are prescribed to patients with confounding influences of disease, co-medications, diet, and social habits. The relative role of sex on pharmacokinetics as compared to genetics, age, disease, social habits and their potential interactions in the clinical setting is not yet fully known but should be routinely considered and further studied.

No, men are on average heavier than women so they need more drugs and clear them faster. Women on average have more fat than men and that affects medicine absorption rate as well. Nothing there said it's the sex that makes the changes. You could have a fat man with similar rates as a woman, or a tall and strong woman with similar rates as a man. Sex doesnt make the difference, your mass and fat does.
