Simply because there isn't a sitting politician pulling the strings (Of which we have no evidence) thats its okay for incredibly large social structures that shape the very interactions of our society today to heavily lean one political direction and purge those on the opposite end while allowing even the most radical forms of their own side continue?

Society as a whole, or at least the parts of society that control the levers of power, are coalescing increasingly against amplifying voices that endorse discrimination. It's the conclusion of the "if you don't like it, don't listen" line of thought. Not only do we not have to listen to it -- why do we tolerate it in any context other than the bare minimum?

There's nothing to be done legally about it because free speech is freedom from government limitation, not entitlement to an audience.

Now yes it's probably preferable to have a society that highly values free speech and is strong enough to tolerate platforming of terrible ideas because they will lose in open debate. But that's the issue. We're at a point where public debate and discourse are not effective checks for a public that is either hyper-polarized or apathetic to the level of disenfranchisement. The damage that Fox News has done to the political system is evidence of that.
