Wasn't too early for everyone on the web to assume it was intentional for whatever reason they wanted to come up with. Now the point just moves from "there is no reason to think this was intentional" to "there is no reason to think they won't fix it."

Hey! I was with you on that, don't put me in the party of people who were joyfully welcoming that WSD change as a totally meant introduction of what's to come that SE decided to grace us with lol

I've always believed it to be an unitentional bug, which seems to be the case since they accepted the bug report. I was just saying that just because they accepted it it's a bit too early to say it's gonna go away next patch/fix because there's quite many examples of "accepted" bugs which never got fixed or solved the way we expected SE to.

Clearly it's a bug that benefits the players, so expect a half a day emergency maintenance to fix it any day now.
