To be fair as a lawyer this doesn't upset me. The Fed. Soc. is a general law organization, with chapters in every law school. Just because they tend to align with more libertarian views isn't a reason to demonize everyone in the group.

True, I've heard that pretty much every SCOTUS justice has been involved with debates or talks hosted by the Federalist Society. The fact that it's with the guy gunning to fill Trump's fleshsuit while setting up election police, banning "discomfort" in schools is the part that sits badly with me. And honestly it's past time for people to start rejecting them since they are clearly agitating for fascism and not part of the "polite society" legal professionals pretend to inhabit.

I read something yesterday that if Ketanji Brown Jackson is confirmed she will be the only sitting Supreme Court judge to have actually defended someone in court. Wild.
