This isn't about the decision. You can separate the sin of the decision, from the sin of the leak. Leaking a draft judicial opinion is literally the WORST thing a staffer can do. They will be ostracized for the rest of their life.

I don't think anybody is disagreeing with this being career ending for somebody, but it's kind of overshadowed by the fact this decision is going to result in a lot of deaths which makes that career-ending decision pretty fucking tame and irrelevant.

It's kind of like saying "hey the surgeon let everyone know the hospital is planning on banning sterile practice" and you come in yelling "that dude is totally fired".

As a Pennsylvanian I have a hard time seeing how Fetterman loses, the GOP Primary has been absolutely brutal with Oz running ads highlighting McCormick's Blackrock executive past and McCormick running all the pro-choice, pro-Obama, pro-LGBTQ things Oz said on TV. Fetterman has a real Bernie-like movement here and does get some looks from Trumpy types as a uniquely real blue collar guy and not some generic politician.
