Honestly, I'm not sure if constitutionally they could. Maybe make an interstate commerce claim because of patchwork availability/criminality. But its still a little iffy.

It's everyone's fault. Ginsburg for not retiring during Obama's term. Hillary for not running a better campaign and winning. Bernie for staying in too long, making the primary too bitter, and solidifying his base as against the "mainstream" not just against the right. Biden for not running in 2016. One thing about Roe being overturned snapping these state bans into effect is that some of these state bans were written in the literal 1800s, with no exceptions for rape, incest, or life of the mother at risk.

You can't simply drive to another state with an ectopic pregnancy, it's an emergency that requires an immediate abortion, and doctors aren't going to risk felony charges and years in prison to save a pregnant woman's life. People will die.

Seems like the intent is to desperately spin it as a Dem "insurrection" against the court process (absurd it's not even a crime), and to try and deligitimize Garland by pointlessly demanding he investigate/punish someone. Keep your eyes out for what looks like a manufactured controversy here pushed by the usual suspects online to distract from the Jan 6 hearings exposing Republicans. For example I would totally see them setting up a left appearing patsy to pin this on, maybe some Jimmy Dore type purchased assclown who only grandmas think is actually a Democrat.

It's still preferable to not just give up and assume SCOTUS will be evil, let them keep showing they are and motivating voters more to demand expanding the court. Also the court review takes lots of time, and lives will be saved in that time. Legislation is supposed to supersede such a thing until they make up more bullshit.
