Apparently they're all in for cloture, but the senators on the fence are making speeches later today about their actual confirmation vote. I still dont think he makes it in the end. Why go through this effort if you're not gonna vote yes for confirmation? Dudes toast.

Plot twist: McConnell purposefully holds a vote knowing he doesnt have enough. He then uses it to motivate the base to show up in Nov, breaking the blue wave and keeping Republican control, at least in the senate, certain. Dem numbers in the house will be underwhelming.

Actually, Collins just said she would say yes on cloture and then announce a decision at 3pm. I don't know why she would.vote yes on cloture and no later. Then again, I don't know why she would feel the need to announce a yes vote twice.

McCain voted yes on cloture, no on the health bill. It's not unusual anymore.

Murkowski was a no on cloture, shockingly. I dont see why shed vote no here but yes tomorrow, so we'll see. Manchin voted for cloture, so hes about to get fucked lol.
