WaPo said 13 states will trigger anti-abortion laws immediately or within 30 days, 3 more have statutes or legal precedent that will likely do the same. then an additional 10 or so are expected to pass something given you know who they are.

The map I saw earlier was basically the south, midwest, and the mountain west.

SCOTUS/Congress would never outright ban abortion because there's still a ton of lower-tier Republicans who don't have that out of country treatment money for their mistresses yet.

This I have less confidence in. Maybe they'll just hide behind the filibuster, but A) The path to 60 Republican senators is wider than it appears and B) McConnell's ability to control say 58 Republican senators from tossing the filibuster to ban abortion is untested.

No idea why Wisconsin is purple here, they have a 1848 law on the books making abortion a felony and total control of the legislature. Abortion is illegal in Wisconsin (unless they are factoring in county and state attorney generals who may choose not to prosecute cases)

Gonna be the most litty midterms in a while. Battle for Senate control is gonna be wild. I could see anything from Dems picking up Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and holding GA and AZ, to losing all 4 and Nevada. I'm curious to see if the GOP base show out without Trump on the ticket.

Biden won't purposely hold back the national guard from intervening either, what a shame it doesn't swing back in the same manner.

Just to be clear on my facetiousness there. Yes, I am extremely suggesting that by this point of social decay and utter disfunction and backsliding. That I would be fine with watching angry people storm the court like they did the capitol. Things are at a boiling point, so let it be.
