I presume dude at the wedding will have to get back in time so Manchin isn't actually the deciding vote.

that is correct. if Collins and Flake are both yes it's over. she's supposed to give her Senate floor speech in 15 minutes and land one way or the other.

Well according to CNN it is over. Collins and Flake have both released statements saying they are a yes vote. Collins stated she will elaborate on reasons etc. on the Senate floor but which way she will vote was already put out there. I guess they could change their mind in the next 24 hours but it's pretty clear what is going to happen. Well to be fair it was pretty clear what was going to happen the whole time. This is totally the expected outcome. Too bad Flake is such a damn coward. You would think on his way out he could break from his party and do the right thing.
