I'm surprised McConnell came out that hard with a statement so quick. He has so many at risk senators. Susan Collins ain't voting for that shit. I'm doubting Murkowski. I'm doubting Mittens. I think McSally probably would vote yes if she knows she's going to lose anyway. I'm not sure if Gardner gives a fuck. If that race tightens, I don't think she would make such a polarizing vote. Plus, I think Mitch probably needs this to hang over the election for Trump to close the gap. Nothing better for coalescing the right like the potential to overturn Roe.

Republicans have been lazily trying to overturn RVW because if they actually did it, they would lose that election issue. The religious right is too dumb to realize they are being used.

Collins. Her election is too close and winnable. I don't think she will sac her election to ram through someone. As far as the 4th, I'm not sure. But you just need one. And again, I'm not so sure he wants to ram it through and not use it a election fodder to help close the gap and push the president and his senators over the top. I honestly think he's just trying to drink up division and then blame Democrats for stalling as the hearings drag on.
