I think it is a positive sign that Democrats are not pretending they oppose ACB because she lacks legal credentials and have moved straight to the policy outcomes that would likely follow her confirmation. Seems small, but that is a major hurdle that I was afraid they wouldn't cross.

If they are smart they will keep it framed as "you're going to remove all of these majority supported programs if you're appointed". Vast majority of country supports ACA, Right to Choose and Climate reforms.
