When do I get access to talent tree btw? It's still locked for me.

I like the new "souls-lite" surge of the last few years with Jedi, this, etc.
Though really all that means is a traditional third person camera with slower methodical combat.
Ah ok. Last I stopped I was off to the little village to meet...that girl whos name I forget. I've spent too much time just running around the castle lol
Started playing it tonight, pretty fun so far. I like the combat in the game and want to try it out outside of the little duels at the school i've encountered and the intro quest.
Also game character creator lets you create a character with any look/hairstyle and then place them either in wizard or witch portion of the house you've selected along with giving your "female" appearing witch/wizard a "male" type of voice and vice versa.
Is there any reason to hang on to any older gear? I was scared of selling legendaries I had, but it seems everything is auto saved for appearance purposes so I can get rid of anything outdated right?
I got to a point earlier where I was like "oh yeah, maybe I should do something to advance rather than the continued search for moths"
These lazy kids and their side quests. There was one that I took pity on because I think they supposedly wouldn't have learned a certain spell in whatever year they're in. Otherwise, my assistance isn't going to be free! There's one NPC that is so salty that I love when I run past them after the fact, still crying about me.
Yep, legendaries only really matter for traits later in the game, but lower level legendaries are just slightly better stats. Occasionally you'll find gear with traits pre-equiped and those can end up better than the extra base stats for a few levels. Gain a level or two and greens and blues will beat non-traited legendaries though.
Thanks.
I can't stress how fucking awesome it is to be able to fly around the map
The potion brewing time and having to do 1 at a time seems like a really dumb "feature". Any way to speed this up?
Yes and no. You get your own room later where you can put brewing tables. You also get larger size tables later. So you can brew multiple at the same time by just placing tables everywhere.
You also get some that automatically create random potions etc. for you over time.
Yep just got access to it. You can play house in the room of requirements?! This game is the best lol
These sound like the kind of unscrupulous short cuts Voldemort would take
