5+ million early voters in FL thus far, 2.7 million registered Democrats, 2.4 registered Republicans, 900k NPA votes.
I hope we can keep this kind of voter activity going after Trump is out of office. I'm tired of our voting bloc having attention spans so horrible that you need a big in-your-face thing to get people to vote.
I'd be shocked if turnout passed 65% even now.

negro please we don't even reach 65% in presidential elections and the last midterms hit an undignified 36%. if we make it to even half the country voting it will be a striking win for American democracy, but it will probably be more like low 40s.
Well, I've done my part. Sis wouldn't be able to go to the polls tomorrow, so I made sure she got to vote absentee. (Our polling place is within walking distance but she can't walk that far, especially up hills. Hurts too much and I wouldn't make her; handicaps don't have to be visible) I helped the one brother who's interested get a absentee ballot as well since he wouldn't make it home in time. And I'm planning on walking to the polling place tomorrow after I donate plasma to vote.
We'll see how the turnout is.
Mail my ballot in on Saturday. Really wanted to vote Green Party, but their views were bad this year, same with the Libertarians.
I voted last week, now to slip into a coma until Wednesday morning.

I voted a little over a week ago. I was number 71XX to vote at my little dink station in Wake Forest. No idea if that's good or bad turn out for our area tbh.
I think my most impactful vote will be if CA continues daylight savings time

cancel that shit. daylight savings is fucking retarded.
One state canceling it is gonna be even more of a headache though. The whole country needs to.
Okay I already never know/care what time it is in Hawaii.
And AZ sucks so.
Hard to argue with those facts. But yeah, tume to be done with that shit

Florida is wanting to do the opposite and make DST permanent. Which I’m down with because getting off work between 5-6pm and it being dark already is some bullshit.
afaik CA would stick to DST and get rid of the change. I'm ok with the sunset in the winters being at 5:45pm as opposed to 4:45pm.
