Got tmr, thunder weapon, dh/thd with at least 30 water resist and some aquan killer (so last 2 could just be using levi) for him? Basically decided to go for Levi the fast method

Thanks Teryu. Good news and bad news. Good news is kurasame is a beast... bad news is kurasame is a beast lol. Almost accidentally ftk leviathan. Which is extra funny since I forgot aquan killer.

Eventually was able to moderate dmg to do threshold first 2 turn then kill but rng and lack of 7* yuna or nichol was mean to me so couldn't get lb kill and only 1 esper so will have to try again when you back up

Fuck even with rikku pouch RNG still fucked me in getting enough for LB on turn 3 whatever I don't need the supercites.

Sure thing. Um I was using MS Nichol for offensive buffs + water resist so only was using 30+ water resist on each unit do you need the full 100?

Nah probably not, but i am curious about the setup you used. I just want to make sure i can just finish the fight, its not worth pulling my hair out for the mission rewards lol.

I was using Eiko (really any summoner will do she just gives most orbs from ability I think or if you don't care about those missions can replace with some other breaker or something if didn't have an equivalent to olive), Ayaka (any DC dispelga), Nichol (really any buffer will do but being able to give offensive buffs and boost water resistance for the team is pretty great since whole team will need a total of 100% by the end of turn and you are dispelling yourself each turn), Olive (huge def break and thunder imperil... not shabby dmg with those moves either onto the chains), 2x Kurasame.

For dmg t1 it's kind of tricky. Like just doing shattering shot into perfected chain triple twilight rain brought it down to around 20% iirc so a bit too much... but with shattering shot it's barely breaking 80% and broken chaining was like 70%. Ended up having yours do twilight rain and mine doing sudden downpour which if perfect chained go it down to around 43-50% depending a bit on rng and if you buffed ahead. Goal is to get past the 80% threshold but not the 40%... unless you really just want to kill fast. If you lucky that gets you enough orbs with your summoner for Ayaka get a summon mission if not oh well.

T2- Start with double dispelga. And then shattering shot into DC sudden downpour chains. If it wont kill Levi can buff before. atk buff can give +stone rate too. Eiko should be able to summon at this point. Idea is to pass 40% threshold and get it close enough to finish without killing.

t3- double dispel buff. Immolation into DC suddenpour should be able to take it out all the way from ~35% but obviously better to get it down a bit more on t2. If Rng doesn't fuck you could try maybe using someone to LB kill idk depends on how low got before as well and what flex slots you used


Or if you super duper don't care about missions... a strong mag/atk buff like Nichol or Zargs with immolation into TC twilight rains should probably kill it and can completely ignore water resist then lol.

Anyways my Kurasame is up. Didn't have enough megacites to quite get aquan killer+ but still puts the hurt on

Not really in a single slot. Some of the best thunder imperil and def breaks in the same move. Loren might work if you can use CD break t1 and can build LB enough to use it on T2 and 3. Similarly if you can build a max LB Dietland to LB t2/t3 that might do it (yeah that little extra bit of def break is that huge lol) especially if you have your DC dispelga help out t1 like crazy day or something. Otherwise might have to sub the smn out and use a unit for def break and 1 for thunder imperil

They didn't really. jps also been mostly consistent with the no offbanner thing being for 3+ rainbow banners.

I could almost see them trying to justify no coin system still because don't want too many people getting too much power creep ahead of schedule except they also slightly gimped Clouds STMR and massively nerfed sora's TMR/STMR so at least those power levels are on par with what we have now

Oh well lets me rebuild my stock so I can get my good boi in a month or 2
