I agree with Alkar. The past few examples of units being moved up compared to JP has resulted in them getting new kits. I wouldn't be surprised if Disney mandated the communication and buffs. They prolly learned a lot from EAs Battlefront II fiasco and take far more control if they're involved.

As much as I doubt it'll become the norm, I wouldn't mind if going forward, they take this approach. Getting extra life out of your units is nice. I remember really enjoying the Noctis buffs, though his lack of chaining really didn't fit into the meta at the time. That wasn't unique to us though, JP had the same issue. Our's actually came out ahead with buffed flasks and the TMR stacking.

Did a few pulls since cheap lapis ($80 for 25.5k lapis): Sora STMR, KHCloud 1x, ace #12, Maries #11 and #12, Aranea #6, WKN #1.

im still trying to figure out what to use my fan festa tickets on... i have one christine already but her 7* seems meh to me. Could STMR fryevia or zargabro.
Other units i already have a single copy of: Demon Rain, Dracu lassworm, reberta, Aloha Lassworm, or malphaise... naturally im leaning towards limited units.
