Anyone have some suggestions for Folka bonus stage? A lot of strats I see use some combo of AoE Reraise, 7* Kunshira, 7* Onion Knight, or 7* TT, which I have none of. Tried to use the blade abilities on Lumiere but I guess I was killing bombs too slow and they self destructed my entire party lol.

New Unit: Sophia
7* awakenings: Rena, Fayt Atoning Dragoon Kain, PS Rydia, Lila, Emp. Shera, Jiriya, NG Jake, MS Nichol, HT Lid, Raegan, and Mediena
Ability Awakenings: Ang, Chow, Cloud, Elfreeda, and some lower tier units that don't matter

I presume that we will also get 7* Ang and Chow in early February (Chinese New Year is Feb 5th).

Well I have Rydia, Reagan and... Jiraya. Yay!
Sophia looks exactly as I expected her to be, I'll have to toss some tickets her way and hope for the best (wouldn't mind Rena either). Can only do 3 steps on those banners though, maybe 4.

Hmmm can do rydia and Reagan but haven't gotten there TMRs yet so gunna have to farm. Got 3 Nichol TMRs so can easily save some space and STMR right away... mediena is sadly 1 more to STMR lol

Those step ups actually look somewhat decent might have to considering doing a lap despite Good Boi™ coming soon

10+1 landed me another Machina. happy for a rainbow, but man would it be nice to get a unit I actually need lol

at level 122, I've still yet to see a single Fry, Noctis, TT, Basch, Orlando, a.rain, Hyoh, and the list goes on lol

Dang dude I'm only a couple levels higher, and I have all of those. I've also spent zero dollars on the game. I have been playing a long time though.

Machina's an amazing 1-turn-KO unit. His Defense/Spi break is 70% on Turn 1. Pretty crazy and I think the best turn-1 on demand break we have right now that doesn't involve some sort of Limit Break finagling.

Unless you already have two then nvmd

neither of these will I use, but it's nice to get rainbows just the same

BTW, question: if my only TDH gear is a single Nalu TMR, should I use one of my UoC on Cloud? I have a full 20 pieces now and am tempted.

I'd say no. Or at least wait and see how Cloud's enhancements turn out before dropping precious UoC tickets for a TMR.
Characters are more valuable imo though, especially if you get a copy for their 7*.

Cloud’s enhancements are out tho, no?

Tbh it’s a tough call, but think about this, you got 20 uoc, you’re guaranteed a 7* akstar or 7* jecht whenever they release. Akstar is expected by April supposedly.

No. Clouds 7* is out but his Enhancements are coming this weeks maintenance (according to the video I think).

As far as the UOC goes, Buster Style is pretty baller and I'm lucky enough to have two Clouds... but my KHCloud is using 2x Clouds Cloak and 1 Doublehand Materia because I'm using Thunder Gods Sword on him and he's capped at 300%, my Buster Style isn't in use right now cause my chaining partner is Orlandeau(Light imperil and he's TDW). I'll probably throw it back on Hyoh but if I was using Hyoh I wouldn't have a light imperil and right now my best sword hands down is my Thunder Gods Sword which also has +30%Atk/+15%HP... KHCloud is special I think since he comes with 150%TDH Innately though, so I only needed an additional 150% and my best Attack accessories happen to be Clouds Cloak anyway...

Uh, the point of that rambling is I don't think I'd splerg on a Buster Style unless you really need it, it is good and if you're just hording them cause you're set on other things then I don't see a problem with it.

you don't need reraise. evade tank with aoe cover and provoke... do you have Loren 7*? he can 1 shot the bombs with wind,light,lightning resistance himself and his breaks should make it easy for other party members to hit other elements and kill...2nd stage is a real bottleneck though..if you dont have certain units your not going to beat it

Should I 7* Tifa even if I dont plan on using her just to save unit space? Her tmr doesnt seem all that good for anyone besides her.

Glad were getting a raid this weekend cause I need cactaurs bad. Burned through my stash on sora and cloud x2.

Yeah I have evade cover and voke tanks. I can pass stage 1 fine, stage 2 is kind of RNG for me atm. It's either have reraise up and hope certain bombs explode, or slowly whittle them away with what elements I have. I'm struggling to make a party that can cover enough elements for bombs, and then also be able to actually damage stage 3.

So I decided to reinstall and see what free goodies accumulated in my inbox, thank God I did. I used the fan festa tickets to get a second Demon Rain, so I finally got my white whale 7* tank and got my 4th Gilgamesh from EX tickets, so got my first STMR.

Gonna quit again once I finish Folks step up and story and finish FF7 event. Game is now almost too big for my phone
