In re: Square corners. Best practice is to not over grind the corner (so bring the disk up to but not beyond the edge) then hand chisel the remaining bit off to square it up. I am not aware of a dremel like attachment for concrete.
In re: Lexel, I've sold it before when I worked at an Ace hardware, but I wanted to read up on the product with new eyeballs. There is some SERIOUS false advertising on their website. They claim 400% joint movement but their testing only passed with 25% movement. This won't mean much for your project since it is so small and won't see much movement, but holy crap that's abysmal. Silicones are rated at 200% and polys are 75-100% typically (however I've tested a lot of silicone sealants and we would often get 400% passes). Plus no information about what it actually is. I am guessing it is a hybridized silicone product but it advertises as adhering to wet surfaces.
Well anyway hope it works for you, it looks so much better than that thing you had before.
