My theory is that we'll see some characters get woven into the main timeline as unique beings, and Sylvie will become the Enchantress.

So was it just me or did they just hint at a method for Loki to be re-written into the MCU after his death? Old Loki talked about how when he faced off against Thanos, he made a projection of himself so real that Thanos believed it was him, and old Loki hid amongst the debris field and floated through space until he found a planet and just chilled out there for a bit. I wonder if Loki will do the same and we will get a post credit scene showing his projection getting his neck snapped and then him hiding somewhere near by...

I know he saw his ending and the tape just ended when he "died", but I am thinking that at that moment he didn't think of a way to get around his death until after he heard old loki talking about his escape from death, so it hadn't been "written" yet and that tape was from a timeline where he didn't get snatched up by the TVA to begin with

In regards to above, they have a hundred ways they could bring him back even without said revelation. It’s just a matter of if they want to or not.

If they want to bring him back to the MCU proper, then yes, this show will be the mechanism, but not that way.

Unless I'm mistaken or something changes, there isn't a way for Loki from the show to assimilate back into the timeline with all his memories and experiences. The Loki from Endgame didn't have the idea and is dead.

They don’t even have to have Kang there necessarily. He’s rumored to be in at least 1 future movie, so it could be hinted at. Or see him at the end kind of thing

Everyone wants this to be Kang and setup the next arc in the marvelverse, or they'll settle for it being a Loki assuming it'll be well acted and plotted.

This. All signs point to nah he won't be in here, and I'm liable to believe that because the conclusion to Wandavision and FatWS were so underwhelming.
