Neat if true, but ultimately adds nothing to the material. If it is a coincidence, it doesn’t detract from anything.

And those two responses are probably what they're going for. Some people want to see things that may not be there, and will foster discussion and hype.

Though I agree, some of these things absolutely need to payoff, I think there's a good chance they keep this as a potential tease and may not outright state it, but I think they won't do anything to officially dismiss it.

Something similar, but just read a thing that someone pointed out in the first ep, the TVA logo on Loki’s shirt spells VAL upside down. As in Dreyfus’ character. Though this one did get mentioned by Fiege as coincidence, but neat.
