i am not much of a Star Wars fan outside of KotOR but went though all this. easily the highest quality work in the cinematic Star Wars universe. OST is outstanding, the themes of resistance and authoritarian overreach outstanding, acting outstanding. light on action, lot of people may expect the wrong thing, but an absolute banger in every sense. Stellan Skarsgard gave the best monologue of the year.

the end of ep 11 with Andor finding out about his mother, Luna's fantastic physical acting saying next to nothing, Succession's composer hitting the heartstrings, and the callback to Rogue One's ending with him on a beach staring at the sea in cloud cover as the sun dims the horizon, Andor staring at the death that is coming for him after losing the person he loved most. mwah.

I really just started this show in earnest, yesterday. I am just past the heist episode. Goddamn. It's so good. I'll be a little behind, but it doesn't bother me. I know nothing about the show other than the prison break episode supposedly being one of the best episodes of anything.

reviews are out and they are a sparklin, Metacritic has it at a spectaculah and year best 94 (for comparison The Last of Us and Severance second seasons got 81 and 86 respectively) and many are saying business like an all time season of television / best story Star Wars has ever delivered.

for them not in the know the release schedule is releasing 3-episode arcs every week starting tonight, ending with the final 10-11-12 arc in 3 weeks.
