if you're being cereal you can just refer to it as Symphony 1 in E flat major every classical music stan will follow

the K business (sometimes Kv) refers to an old cunt name Köchel who cataloged every composition Mozart ever wrote 1-626 and while referentially useful / interesting in readily displaying where in his career a certain piece was composed (exempli gratia 16 is still child prodigy Mozart) are p much never referred to in regulah Mozart conversation. i know Wolfy quite well and would be absolutely fucked trying to tell you what K. 550 referred to off the top of my head and would look at someone like an absolute retard if they tried to use it to reference Symphony 40 in G minor.
