I was setting it up and stuff and charging it for her, putting wedding pics as the background and shit, i looked down and the locked state was a giant fucking AD for a kids mobile game.

Good luck. Amazon support has been all kinds of terrible lately. I spent over a week trying to order something on amazon each time getting my account locked out for "suspicious activity" each time calling them telling them it's really me. Each time them telling me they couldn't put the order thru I'd have to wait till I'm not locked out anymore but it wouldn't happen again. And each time it happened again. Eventually they'd start thanking me for informing them my account was hacked despite me responding to those emails that I was saying the opposite. Then took them 2 weeks and a lot of complaints and filling and refilling out forms to finally delete my account
