Zarya's beam goes through it, yeah. Oh and winston. But if D.va catches you using your ultimate and pops defense matrix she can absorb it. She ate my dragonstrike, in that brief period when you shoot the arrow and before the dragon animation starts is when she can absorb it with defense matrix.

Absorb, like the animation is canceled? Or absorb as in from start to end the matrix absorbs all damage from the flying twin dragons in the air?

It is my personal opinion based on observation. Person tweets -> instant reaction -> reaction to instant reaction -> reaction to that -> original tweet is finally understood or given context but at this point the discussion is already too far gone.
