I can be SecDef. Banging different chicks in new cities and countries around the world, dining at the finest restaurants with different CEOs to fatten my wallet, all while letting the deputy SecDef and JCS handle everything is pretty sweet.

But I have to know which conflicts to involve our yuge stick in first and why before I could explain why we should involve our yuge stick.
But do you know when we shouldn't give them the yuge stick and just give them da tip? You don't always have to fuck them hard. In fact sometimes that's not right to do

I've said it before, I got the Pentagon reporter for the Post's personal number, just say the word Xno.
less fatuously now that the opposition has coalesced around a single figure who formally declared his intent to overthrow Maduro we're staring down the barrel of a civil war or revolution depending on what the military does.
looks like all the good guys (US/Canada/Brazil etc) have rallied around the new guy, mexico being a little bitch about it last i looked
i do not want to send troops into that shit though as gred alluded to, fuck all that noise you broke it you bought it (i want it I got it)
Calling Bolsonaro a good guy. I have to laugh.
i concur, it would be a gross escalation of violence and give Maduro's regime the anti-US, anti-imperialism legitimacy it so desperately craves. we should support the opposition to the fullest extent diplomatically, and in concord with the Central and South American states hostile to the dictatorship. so long as the opposition remains domestic in nature there is the possibility of a peacefulish transfer of power ala Egypt and Algeria.
maybe we have some leftover obama drones we can use
Good or bad, it's going to happen.
But if we don't go in, Russia and China wage a proxy war for the oil. As long as we have someone competent after Trump to manage the occupation, it's probably net better than letting Xiping and Putin wage a cold war.
