I think I told this story before, but I had a case where a father was molesting and sexually assaulting his own two boys. During the subject interview he made partial admissions but never fully admitted to it despite both sons claiming otherwise. Anyways, fast forward to his trial he's found guilty. As usual there's a recess before sentencing starts. Gagglefuck of a crowd hangs out in front of the courthouse. Subject had requested to be escorted to his personal vehicle to grab prescription medication. As he's escorted back to the courthouse, he pulls out a gun, stares right at me and his family, and blows his head off.
Dope times.
Got the game ball of the week during our office meeting for that one.
It was a colossal shitstorm that ensued. I transferred two weeks later to DC, but last I heard heads rolled and policies were completely rewritten with formal apologies sent out to my office, the DA, the SJA, the family, etc. I also know the family sued but don’t know what was the outcome of that one.
Yeah, that's called birth. Unless you mean after 6 or 7 months we should prefer to deliver premature babies instead of aborting them. In which case, who pays for that? Most definitely not the mother since she clearly severed responsibility for the child.

but what if the baby is hitler
No shit they arent responsible if they decide to abort but you say nah deliver it prematurely and the state will take it from there.
You're about to tell me tax payers should pay for it but fuck that. Tax dollars already dont go to abortion procedures, why should your plan be any different?

You are presuming child support is unfair towards men. It's not. Generally the issue never comes up because if she wants nothing to do with the kid she will abort it. However if she does give birth but subsequently wants nothing to do with the child, the father can get child support.
You can look at other sources, they get about 550 million a year from govt funding thru title X and medicaid etc. A law technically prevents them from using it on abortions, but if you gave me 100 bucks and said don't spend it on drugs, I throw it in the bank with my other money, then buy 100 dollars worth of drugs, well you can see... so saying taxpayers money doesn't go to abortions is kinda a technicality.
