How many mics do we rip on the daily
Hey Day, read this and then tell us what you think. https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/06/healt...ner/index.html
I think it's talking about current laws which the ones like the one in VA were trying to lessen restrictions on.
I think it's good we get more than one physician's opinion on abortions in 2nd and 3rd trimester
I think it's good those are required to be performed in a hospital
I think it's good it's only cases when the mothers life is in danger and not done for "mental health"
These are all things the bill was attempting to change, and look no further than Kermit Gosnell's clinic if you want to see what could happen if you remove a lot of these restrictions, make it harder for "clinics" to be investigated etc..
Again here is the full bill and all the strikethrough of things they wanted to remove: http://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp...191+ful+HB2491
Maybe you agree with them, I find myself in disagreement with the bill's proposed changes.
I dont get what a second opinion does in a 2nd trimester abortion. If the mother changes her mind, she changes her mind. A second opinion doesnt change that /shrug
Third trimester I can understand if its health related. Aborting a fetus super late is dangerous on its own, and I wouldn't want a doctor to overlook something before the procedure. This might be already solved, or just easier to solve if doctors handle it instead of legislation. If you're aborting in the 3rd tri, chances are it's not cause the mother had a change of heart, and you probably want to perform it in a hospital anyways.

I doubt that bill was going anywhere anyways, especially after the Q/A Tran gave about a woman being able to abort due to mental health while she was dilated (something I realize would probably never happen)
Then Northam had to foot in mouth defend it, even allude to infanticide, and that's the whole reason someone from his med school released his KKK/Blackface photo probably
Now this morning the VA AG is saying he wore blackface in 1980 as well, what a timeline
The VA AG just last week said Northam should resign over the very thing he's admitting to doing now, and Northam going with the old, "it was me, wait no that's not me, but i did wear blackface a separate time"
I feel like VA dems are trying to gaslight me or something
we need a total ban on VA until we can figure out what the hell is going on
