I'm on the lookout for these other movie franchises that take source material that at the time filming began wasn't even finished, makes 8 movies in a 10 year span led by a team of child actors cast mostly on the faith that they would continue to grow into their roles, has to redefine itself several times as the narrative direction of the books themselves change and expand, and nails it each time to a degree that no one could have reasonably expected.
