Winter anime list

To add to that, kaze ga tsuyoku fuiteiru is my favourite anime this season by far. No idea an anime about a bunch of college guys running could be so good, but it's so fucking good. Really highly recommend it for those who haven't watched it

I was kind of on the fence about it. Thought it was going to be like Free!, basically an eye-candy kind of anime but with running instead of swimming. But I was totally wrong and very happy about that. Just downloaded the OST now and it's fucking incredible too

Was hoping Tsurune was going to be better too but it was okay for what it was. Nothing great but not terrible either, just kind of alright.

OST is a good call. I'm glad it actually has some substance to it because Tsurune was pretty mild. Animation was nice but it probably needed another 13 episodes to actually do something.

I totally agree. I didn't realize it had actually ended when it did a few weeks ago. Had a "whatever happened to that anime?" moment and had to re-watch the last episode to realize it was a finale lol

Apparently I need to get on Mob Psycho; watched S1 but was always fairly lukewarm on it.

Yeah, the first season was pretty good but nothing really was too memorable to me, but this second season has been quite amazing to me so far. I'm not sure anything in One Punch Man season 2 will be as good as this season of Mob Psycho 100.

So I saw this random post on r/anime about a show called Mahoujin Guruguru that came out back in 2017. Anybody else watch this show from back then? It's apparently a remake of a show from the 90's and it's pretty awesome.

Basically, it's kind of like a parody of a Dragon Quest game. The pace is stupid fast (the series is half as long as the original, so it's not dragged out at all) and it's pretty funny and charming in a half innocent, half juvenile kind of way. Really do recommend it considering we're all FF RPG fans here

Tensei Slime recent ep spoilers

Tensei Slime ended so anti-climatically. Teased the Hinata fight in the first OP, didn't get to it in the end. Barely showed Baretta, teased Diablo (which was kind of awesome), and ended RIGHT RIGHT before shit was about to get real. If they have another season (and given it's popularity I think that's all but guaranteed), they'll finally get to some really good shit story-wise.

The manga is better, but yeah probably a season 2 when the manga gets further... the anime is catching up fast.
