Not sure if he qualifies as a celebrity, but he certainly had notoriety for his hair and reaction videos.

Knew he was dealing with some mental instability on more than a few occasions, still kind of sobering for things to end this way.

Crossed paths with him quite a bit years ago alongside Triforce -- dude was cool even back then when he was unknown to pretty much everyone. He leveraged his antics and personality to become a big force in the YouTube, Nintendo and Smash communities, but ultimately was undone by the very thing that brought him up. I could always tell he was dealing with issues, and tried to give him advice back then, but it fell on deaf ears as a display of African-American machismo, something that's a huge problem in our community. The problem was so much more amplified over the years as he gained in massive popularity. He was constantly around bad influences.

Definitely a tragedy and a sobering reminder that social media in general can be both uplifting (for others), but also very dangerous when mental health is involved and it's not in check.

Cameron Boyce. I honestly didn't even know who he was until today. He had a couple popular Disney channel shows also. Man it sucks when someone with medical problems dies so young.

Damn my son used to love that show when we had regular TV. I bet it we will be watching it again when Disney launches their streaming service which I will inevitably have to buy.

It was/is on either hulu/netflix/prime. My daughter used to watch it a lot but I can't remember what it was on. Haven't had cable in about 5 years.
