Legit don't care about likeability. If you can get the job done, I'm going to vote for you. I don't care if everyone despises you. Like I said, as a person I don't like Pelosi. But she is a very effective politician, and I will give credit where it's due.

Had a house rep that my family knew personally, super nice guy, played with his kids, etc. Very likeable, but never noteworthy. As much I liked him personally, give me Pelosi any day.

i don't recall what you're referring to but sometimes i post after drinking heavily so all things are possible.

to substance, she just hasn't done much of anything yet. the 116th Congress is all of a month old and has done nothing but squabble over the shutdown. she was part of a solid Democratic wall to be sure, but there was next to no will within her party to give in to Trump. indeed it was Senate, not House, Democrats who rejected the president's most serious offer before he finally gave in. i'm certainly glad she didn't defy the will of her party and cave, and she may well prove everything you hope, but all the yass queeen slayyyy analyses because she clapped at him on twitter, tut tut.
