Man there is some incredible cringe drama happening behind the scenes for this year's annual banee.

Effectively cringedude offered cringegirl a plane ticket and room to stay in for the week. Both cringedude and cringegirl expressed interest in sleeping in the same bed and "having a cuddle war", no fucking shit, and actually went through with it. So cringedude paid for the round trip air ticket and the room. Cringegirl goes on to enter final level mooch and tried to use last year's badge in an attempt to access event facilities. This gets her banned until 2020. Suddenly she feels uncomfortable with this premeditated "cuddle struggle" (lmfao adults folks) and starts sleeping on the floor. She then reports cringedude for sexual harassment, which GDQ proceeds to ban and label him for without speaking to him at all. Cringedude proceeds to take to Twitter and post their discord conversation, mutually planning for this event last week including sexual advances from cringegirl (asking if she minded her calling him master, whether it was OK if she was his "sex kitten" for the week, et fucking cetera).

I can't get over how people manage to do shit like this on either side and not second-guess themselves before it goes critical.

They don't understand social norms and are weird as fuck, so they latch onto whatever they can to try to get ahead. That goes for both sides. Dude trying to act cool, bringing a girl into his room for whatever he views as sexual. Girl trying to get to the event for free and turning everything around on the dude cause she didn't get everything she wanted.
