I respect that, Odon. I can't give up chicken, I need the protein for my diet, but all other meats are extremely rare for me now for similar reasons. And of course, no pigs regardless.

Don't know how it's done in the west, but growing up we sliced the chicken's throat and we stabbed pigs in the neck.

In the south it was always hogs killed with an air compressor gun shot to the head, then strung up and throat slit to let blood out, then boiled in a vat to get all hair off the skin, then you can start the actual meat butchering.

Same but nowadays I go to chik fil a for chicken and Wendy's for burgers unless I wanna spend 20$ at five guys. Baconator with extra cheese pickles and onions what's up.
