If it's anything top 40/pop I'm pretty much the same way. If it falls under Rock/Metal, I probably know it. My spotify playlists pretty much cover current rock/metal, 80's/90's hip hop and rap, 80's rock, disney music, show tunes, and 90's alternative/grunge rock.

dudes are missing out. radio play is often terrible but it's one of the golden eras of music with unprecedented access to the kinds of acts that often don't get mainstream exposure.
