I mean Matt Ryan and Foles shredded that defense the past two years before. Goff played poorly and was missing open guys, it wasn't purely a function of the pats defense shutting everyone down

daks ahead of wentz by 1200 total yards and 13 total touchdowns in 8 games. even if wentz had 8 more games the end numbers would be near identical. it could be slightly over. it could be slightly under. its so close it really doesn't matter. statistically their contributions to theirs teams have been the exact same

that’s only if you take the bare minimum. wentz’s numbers include his first year where he wasn’t as strong (dak had the better rookie year); wentz yardage and td% numbers significantly went up in his next two years. no reason to think they’d be that close

Cam's organization has provided a severe lack of weapons. Until McCaf, their running game was putrid and his WRs have been total shit. His best option has been a TE that gets injured 90% of the games he plays.

there's only 4 guys in the nfl that are next level difference makers at qb like that atm
brady, brees, ar, and mahomes with maybe luck and russ on that fringe

unless yalls argument is that unless you got those guys your qb is shit, well i dunno how to respond
as of now outside of mahomes, and maybe baker, he's the only younger qb that has turned a 4-12 team into a consistent playoff contender every year he's played
last year was the first year he's had a top 10 defense too so you cant even say the defense is bailing him out.

Don’t know about better, but the discussion was that Dak has comparable numbers to Wentz. Thus his next contract being more than likely greater or at the very least similar than Wentz given the timing and the way the market works.

No one doubts he is going to get incredibly paid. The Eagles are going to pay a lot for a really good QB, and the Cowboys are going to pay a lot for a very average one.

Cam is a bad QB by literally every measurable stat there is out there for QBs. We've got 8 seasons of this now.
He's a good RB tho. Which sadly is a position that doesn't win football games in the NFL

And I like Wentz. I just think Dak/Wentz/Goff are pretty comparable.
