20 year old accused of raping 17 year old. Surveillance shows interaction between dude and girl outside as well as girl pulling dude's arm to the dance floor. Surveillance also shows girl and guy leaving hand in hand. Girl accuses guy of rape, was took drunk to consent and told him no. Guy says they weren't drunk, didn't have sex, and didn't rape her. Rape kit came back negative for DNA or seminal fluid from dude, but she did have bruising that would indicate force consistent with being held down. Jury convicts him of rape.
