Well there's his his and then a judge recused himself so Joey Two Cones obviously used his influence to make the judge quit before the decision was made as to whether this PI firm could testify about something completely unrelated to his son's paternity hearing.
How is lying about your income unrelated to child support hearing?
Child support hearings for attorneys are like tax filings for CPAs. It's a contest to misrepresent income. As someone who absolutely, pinky swear, definitely only made $35 an hour at his last hearing, this is the way.
Actually, I'll walk that back, what's interesting, at least to me, is to learn that somebody can bud into your trial even if both sides don't want them there, so long as they file the right motions. Shit that's unnerving.
I mean I'm just reading this article you linked, but the only thing it says is they allege counterfeiting, money laundering and fraud. They don't directly say what his involvement is and how it is related to this hearing.
Also the article says its $156 so there's that.

Transgender actress Jodie Totah, 18, has been cast in the “Saved By The Bell” sequel series coming to NBC’s streaming platform. Totah will play the role of Lexi, “a sharp-tongued cheerleader who is the most popular girl at school”.
No word yet on if the character of Lexi will be played as trans or cisgender.
Shameless on Showtime had a trans character/actor for multiple seasons, he was good.

tl:dw Indie dev Battlestate Games is getting shit on by gaming media for not including playable female characters. The game was released two years ago, but recently became popular on Twitch.

https://kotaku.com/escape-from-tarko...men-1840854949We’re in a brand-new decade, but that hasn’t stopped some video game developers from falling back on inexcusable explanations for why you can’t play as female characters in certain games. This time, it’s courtesy of Escape from Tarkov creator Battlestate Games, which offered two convenient excuses for why — despite the requests of many players — it will not let you play as a female character in its ultra-realistic military survival sim.
Excuse number one is that, as the Russian-based developer explained on Twitter, playable female characters can’t be included “because of game lore.” It’s not exactly clear what that means, but Battlestate seems to be suggesting that its game, which is set in a fictional region of Russia and features an armed conflict between fictional private military companies, doesn’t have a narrative that supports female combatants.
Excuse number two is a bit more forthright: “there will be no playable female characters because of... the huge amount of work needed with animations, gear fitting etc.”
Thankfully, we’ve seen this excuse fall out of favor among developers. It appears many have decided that gritty realism — however twisted to serve some goal that requires they do marginally more work — for games where you run around shooting people in the face and magically come back to life isn’t really a good reason to not include half of the human population as proper player stand-ins.
Battlestate Games, the studio behind the newly popular online shooter Escape From Tarkov, says they won’t implement playable female protagonists for “game lore” reasons and because it would be too much work. Right now, you can only play Escape From Tarkov as a man.
“[T]here will be no playable female characters because of game lore and more importantly - the huge amount of work needed with animations, gear fitting etc,” the company said on Twitter yesterday.
The studio made the statement following the two-year-old game’s rising popularity on Twitch, which brought renewed scrutiny to comments made by a Battlestate Games developer back in 2016 about the war in fictional city Tarkov being too stressful for women to fight in. Distancing itself from the old comments, the studio tweeted yesterday that they “didn’t reflect the official position of the company,” and that it “always respected women in wars and military women.” But they won’t be letting you play as a woman

PC Gamer reviewer Sam Greer is disturbed that you have to hunt monsters in Monster Hunter.
There's always been an unease for me in playing these games where I'm asked to go out, invade the habitats of these species and kill them to make the next set of armour and weapons. With World the discomfort was extreme at times, beating monsters till they limped then being asked to lop off their tails to hear whines and squeals. You don't just kill the monsters in these games—you make them suffer. Engaging as its loop is, as enthralling as its fights are, I've always been disappointed that they've created such a rich ecosystem and the only thing they can ask me to do in it is murder everything.
By tackle, I mean claim to be part of the ecosystem and that, by killing these monsters, they're somehow preserving things. It's a preposterous notion (our hunters aren't even from this continent!) and yet that the characters discuss it suggests Capcom are at least aware of the dissonance in its story. Yet rather than actually address this or just go on ignoring this aspect of its world building, Iceborne lands on an awkward middle ground, drawing attention to the moral bankruptcy of its characters with a nonsense lie. If these games are going to continue to ask me to think about their world then they need to spend more time entertaining the notion that its hunters are the bad guys.
It goes against the charm and warmth of so much of the game too, something that Iceborne excels at.
The craft that goes into all the details of these spaces is absurd and so vital to offsetting the unpleasant moments where you brutally murder a monster fighting for its life. But the juxtaposition between these elements becomes harder to reconcile when the game keeps drawing attention to them.
Wow, people are paid to have shit hot takes like this?
