being (essentially) an anthology series it varies from episode to episode, but the Dr. Strange one, from reactions I've seen at least, is seen as probably the best one of the season, so it may just not be for you. if by 'does it matter' you mean will it affect the main MCU continuity? it's too early to tell just yet, but leaning towards minimal impact, maybe see a character cross over, or the Watcher in MCU proper. in the comics at least it largely served as a series of hypothetical one-off stories as the name suggests. If that ain't your cup of tea then you're probably not gonna suddenly start liking it after another couple episodes.

I just finished the strange episode, 4 I think.

Does this get better? Does it matter at all? I'm not really into it, it's not that great lol.

Stick with it, the payoff is worth it. My wife and I both said the same thing while watching this weekly, at least half of the episodes if not more are hella weak, borderline uninteresting.

The Dr. Strange episode is one of the stronger ones, but the final 2 episodes are definitely worth the price of admission.

I finished it. Zombies were my favorite along with Thor. Thor actually felt like a cartoon, idk how to explain it. Nostalgic, but not? Nostalgia without actual nostalgia. Nostalgesic? Like smelling something you haven't since you were a kid.

It’s… ok? Not really what I’d call a season opener.

Nebula’s VA doing her best detective noir and it just makes her personality such a bore. Story set-up is definitely “don’t think about it at all”
