Ah, I didn't even realize it could be dismissed. The little "x" is pretty well obscured on dark theme.

I think it isn't closing the div for the notification, causing the CSS for the rest of the site to screw up. I had a problem where no forums were being displayed at all until I removed a custom ublock rule I created a while back for some reason.

I then dismissed the notification with the 'X' to correct the formatting issue and re-enabled the rule and it worked again.
