I thought the brains behind capcoms latest resurgence, MHW, DMCV, RE:R, etc., took over the SF franchise for the next installment?
At least I think I remember reading something like that.

Their fighting game division has been fucking themselves for quite a while now. You have the tekken vs sf, mvc fiasco, THEN sfv. That being said, w/e they're doing I hope to God they don't fuck up the upcoming RE games.
SFxT at least got a quality patch that by all accounts turned it into a good game, it was just too little too late. i think you're on the right track generally though, if you consider capcom's fighters as platforms they haven't genuinely hit on any of their releases since MVC3, which is a hair under 9 years old at this point.
not much cause for optimism around SF6 when you view it in that light, but there's at least a tiny chance they get it right enough to have something worth building off of for a generation.
Anyone try out this $5 steam game called Fight of Animals? It’s those memes that involve a spinning Shiba Inu that makes him look like he has a huge hook arm, and 2 foxes sleeping that makes it looks like his arms are crossed. It has rollback netcode, and it has ridic juggling. Made by the same dev that made Fight of Gods. Here’s Sajam already tier-whoring with that cat.
The cat has Yun combos lol.
EVO Japan prize money lol. I almost feel bad for smash players.

Do you even profit off anything except a first place win after air travel and accomodations? That's stupid low
