I mean they wrote some amazing stuff using source material. They did an amazing job of making a film adaptation with GOT so to paint them in the light of con artists as the article suggests is a bit harsh. But they do seem to be a bit cash grabby.

Except for the fact that all of that EU material can be reused and by all reports was being reused for this one as it was being based on the Old Republic video game
