Get something besides bulgogi and kalbi my man.

Grill yourself some plain pork belly (sangyupsal) or brisket (chadol), dress to your liking with a whole leaf lettuce or rice paper wrap. I like mine with hot pepper paste (gochujang) and green onions, but good places offer garlic, jalapenos, radish, and onions.

I always have trouble slicing the brisket thin enough to replicate the restaurant feel. As a result I only usually make pork belly at home, and having the choice of variety is a big impetus for going out to the restaurant to have it.

I have a small slicer; usually it's deli meat and cheese but with a little bit of freezing I can firm up the pork belly enough to hold up. But I haven't been able to get brisket sliced paper thin like it is at restaurants.

I could buy at the market but I feel like it's so overpriced there that I might as well pay the nominal convenience charge to go to the restaurant and get variety. If I'm eating it at home, it's just going to be some meat and rice and I just buy the meat in bulk at Costco.

Hot plate at the center of table and you order meats to cook yourself. Plain or marinated. Most places you pay by plate or it's AYCE with a selection of meat determined by the time of day or the price schedule you pay. Accompanied by Korean side dishes and sauces.

I like churrascaria too.
