While it was still in prep stage the right sight where the enemy's units are had a blurb about leaders/subs setting defense. Was basically able to set 14-15 people who bothered to configure a team. Could've done the others, but figured that might be detrimental if they could just snipe lone Monts for points.

So the last update actually added new story missions. 1 new Scene with 10 stages.

It’s small spoilers but that little sister witch girl seemed strong considering she wanted to take out the main bad guy but here she seems to be a jobber (but she says she hasn’t activated 100% of her power yet). I hope she does something cool as I actually like her the most so far (design, VO, etc).

So far, the QoL is definitely why I’m sticking with this game and over FFBE. I don’t know if FFBE changed much but clicking through menus and just going through everything daily was so tedious.

The fact the game let’s you auto farm over and over is one of the biggest things grindy gachas like these needs. Still, honestly I kind of wish Story Skip Battles weren’t tickets and just something that you can just use for free (since you use NRG anyway). It’s a nice step in the right direction, and is something that’ll help make the game less tedious and tiring after a while.

It feels like they vomited out all of the QoL JP has gotten in the past 4~ months. Not a bad thing by any means. Skip battle tickets feel like Elixers to me. I haven't used a single one yet, I'm used to grinding, doesn't bother me to leave it going while doing something else. But in the back of my mind, I wonder if there will be a limited time event or pop up where spamming tickets will make a huge difference.

I still play FFBE, but yeah, they haven't done much to improve that aspect of it. They did add saving and loading of saved teams which is nice, but it doesn't really alleviate the materia and equipment bloat. It's really annoying remembering all the names of the different things you need to equip.

I use Skip tickets for Hard/shard battles, then used a bit of excess during 2x time to farm a bit more quickly. Otherwise, I wouldn't expect any event to use them, as I believe TAC went on to have Event Skip Tickets, too. So, not a whole lot of point to hoarding them. Consecutive Auto will eventually further diminish their need unless you're really in a hurry.

Anyway, need MR orbs. fk.

Also make sure to participate in guild battle when its up, time period is like 8hrs or something like that. It is auto-duel but you can pick a member to fight on the opposing guild.

That said, personally don't have the vis to chase anything. With Hard stages gated as they are, plinking months of shards at limited units sucks. :/

I spent most of my Vis before this to prevent the disappointment of either

1) Not getting a banner unit
2) Getting Thancred'd (getting a banner unit; not having the shards to max)

Same with Vis, chased Ramuh and Yerma instead (got both so yay). Big pass to limited units (unless Terra ofc)

One thing to remember is that these units will all come back. This won't get fucked like other collab gachas (like TAC) because this is a FF game so they can always bring back FF games.

Edit: I did manage to Get Robb Hornne in these 6 pulls so far.

We all knew it was coming. Got shit for Visiore sooo.. gonna wrangle up 6k before the event’s done. Need..200 shards to get him to LB3, right? 40 > 80 > 120?
