    Allow the sample obviously. Nothing would be dumber than to lose your license for no reason.

    similar story to previous poster, got pulled over for it and they said i failed the field sobriety test, spent the night in the drunk tank, it got expunged.

    blew a .037 at the station in a .08 state, didn't matter though. i had had 2 beers. this was in a college town but i shouldn't have drank anything and drove i guess.

    i think the cop would have let me go if the 2 drunk girls in my backseat weren't yelling "why are you arresting our designated driver" the entire time. funny part was after they took me away they asked if anyone else could drive and the 3 other people in the car were near blackout drunk status.

    sour taste in my mouth after that experience but yeah
