actually it's even worse... nahida uses the mats for dori, not tighnari. you know, the ones that only grow on the very edge of a cliff and are super annoying to grab? altho layla still uses tighnari's mats so you'll want those too. at least no one else is using collei's obnoxious mushrooms.

also, is there even a way to use the inactivated fungi? like can you trade them in for something? I haven't seen anything, it seems like they are just filler items?

I hate that they added 2 similar items at once. lol

They're currently used for the ascension item of 3 weapons. So very fringe. I've just been using Ganyu/Eula/Ayaka whenever I've been doing stuff in Sumeru because of it.

also I'm 20 pulls into the second pity (lost the 50/50 to Qiqi) and I have maxed out Sayu, C5 Candace, zero Kukis. this is why you don't chase 4* characters, kids! I better stop before I pop Cyno... but I probably won't hehe

what teams are y'all running lately? I've been enjoying Bennet burgeon; set up the blooms with xingqiu + collei and then one swipe of his E and everything dies. it's not quite Abyss 12 good but it's fun as fuck and trashes most content easily. also trying to figure out how to use Candace; I'll let you know if I do. she's a weird one.

Running Raiden, MC, Kokimi, and Collei to get the latter up to Friendship 10 for dailies and domains. Generally doing content on my ice team of Ayaka, Chongus, Kokomi, and Shenhe to get fungus drops. Yomi, Fischl, Kokimi, and Zhongli for farming Nilou boss mats.

Since Electro and Pyro fuck up the fungus things needed for Nahida, I've just been rolling around with Kazuha Yelan Ayato Sayu for exploration purposes. For boss farming I typically either roll with Raiden + Kujo Sara or Ayaka freeze team. I also still run around with Diluc a lot because he's still fun.

Candace looks very cool, but yeah, hard to find a spot for her right now. I think it will be one of those cases where she won't shine until more characters are released (especially dendro)

Team Friendship: Tighnari, Collei, Cyno, Candace. Tighnari is almost done with Collei just behind, so I can add Ganyu for the hard carry after. Cyno is 50 because of the stupid Scarabs and Candace is 60, so those two are the cheering section.

Team I Want This Dead: Yoimiya, Zhongli, Yelan, Kuki/Bennet (depending on who I feel like using). One-phasing bosses is fun.

Team Sumeru Exploration (currently): Ganyu, Kazuha, Tighnari, Kokomi. Covers my need of a DPS, anemo for sand piles, regional locator, & healer. If I need anything else, I temporarily switch someone out.

25 pulls into the Standard banner, got another Skyward Blade. I think that's 3 5 stars in like 60 combined wishes for me on Standard.

of all the BG people, you and I are the most like lol. that's exactly how I set up my teams:

friendship (right now it's kokomi, cyno, collei, tighnari but candace and dori are waiting too)
travel (varies, but usually ayaka for water, kazuha for height, yelan and sayu for ground movement)
I want this dead (completely varies, right now it's ganyu freeze)

I also have a Cyno team setup right now, sayu/raiden/collei/cyno. I feel like raiden is overlooked as a support for cyno; she's not quite as good as fischl since her off-field damage is underwhelming, but she resolves his ER issues and also does a shitton of damage herself while helping proc VV swirl and quicken

Well, that's the power of Raiden, which is kinda why I didn't pull for Cyno. Was really hoping either would find a better place in the game since they really look awesome. Still might go to soft pitty if Nilou's 4* are ones I already have.

Finally got the scarabs I needed for Cyno's final ascension last night. One of the few benefits of an alt account (I don't like joining random people for materials). Now I just need to work on better artifacts for him since the decent ones I got from the Strongbox ended up with the upgrades I didn't want, as is tradition.

Quite impressed with 3.1 and I haven't quite finished the world quests yet. Sumeru has really upped the Genshin game for packing content into an area, and it felt like I was going through a Zelda dungeon, though with a less epic boss fight at the end.

Video of Nahida and some info about her character that people don't usually go into. Found some of it pretty interesting and she's looking to be a rather unique character.

I made a mental note of the continuous drops except on the 6th clear and was really pleasant surprised to see the 4 star drops as we all know these domains are usually random/stingy with the drops
(why the top tier domain isn't 100% 1x 4 star book I'll never know)

There's probably some truth to the info, but it's way too broad in scope before you even get to the main characters. I could see it starting when the twins show up, getting thrown into the chaos, and then ending at the intro to the game; question is, will they use Aether or Lumine, at that point, because you really only see one or the other past that.
