Genshin Impact (PC/PS5/PS4/NSW/iOS) - Open-World Action RPG - 2020

Not reading it since I already get enough reminders when I play her. lol On the plus side, she's hard to kill.

I decided to go after C1 since I'm not really planning to go for any of the next few people and the boost seems pretty nice (even if she still does shit damage). I'm currently 40 in to the guarantee, so I'll constantly be questioning myself until I get her or the banner ends. Being on the guarantee is what makes it difficult.

I did use her on floors 9-11 and it worked out well enough, but I also attribute that towards the rest of the team carrying. Burgeon is nice though, so I may change my build for her to play into that instead of trying to make fetch happen as DPS. The team I used was Dehya/Nahida/Kazuha/Kokomi for reference.

And to end on a random note, I hope you're all having fun playing Pac-Man. lol

C1 will be worth it in the end, so much of her kit revolves around HP. I think that will be the focus when we see "improvements" through future characters and parties most likely, so probably a good investment

also I have not pac man'd yet.. I am such a procrastinator in these events. I usually do them in bulk in the last few days

That's kind of what I'm thinking as well. Similar to the way people disliked Kokomi, but then she ended up being very good. That could also just be the copium hitting. In the meantime, I've been using a Melt Ganyu team (Ganyu/Dehya/Nahida/Bennett) and it's been working the best so far.

That's usually what I do as well since it's easier just to do it all at once instead waiting for one new level each day. It was nice to get the story parts done early though since those tend to take the longest.

The potential Nilou rerun is making me second guess going for C1 Dehya. Currently at 59 on the guarantee. lol Might just go to 60 and stop there since I think I'd rather get a character I don't already have if it's going to take me that many pulls. That and she's being added to the Standard banner, so hopefully I can get it there.

Latest update on the leaks subreddit is that Dehya's upcoming artifact set got nerfed from 8s to 5s. How long until they retroactively nerf her claymore?

I legit don't see how this can be anything other than an example of purposefully ruining a character to create a standard banner spoiler. I really, REALLY don't want to believe that but... like... they 're not dumb, and they couldn't be doing this by accident.

hooooly shit fuck this spiral abyss. Haven't had to actually retry several times in many times to be able to kill the flying serpent thing on 12-3 in time.

The Wejunut or whatever it's called is indeed a bitch. I've had good luck downing it with Yae's charged attacks hitting the anemo bubbles, but you can also swirl an element on it to hit them which I'd recommend Sucrose for. Otherwise Fischl or Yelan can just shoot them individually.

oh no I accidentally somehow used my guarantee to get Dehya C2 oops how did that happen

but seriously I realized Baizhu is second half of 3.6 so that gives me a decent chunk of time to save back up for him, and Dehya will probably never come back again in a targeted manner... although I do have a pet theory that they are going to add a new type of banner that rotates through the standard banner characters at some point.

I expect once Fontaine arrives we'll start getting 3 character banners at a time. I don't know how they'll handle the weapon banners once that happens though.

Blasted through the entire Windblume event last night to get the claymore and primos. The music events are neat but good lord do they suck on a controller. Only had to do two of them on Hard + all on Normal to get enough tickets for all the claymore refinements, thankfully. A shame it uses the Consecrated Beast materials for levelling.

We will absolutely have an additional banner soon. that's been leaked pretty firmly, although noboody knows exactly when or what will be on the banner. it just makes sense anyway, with the roster getting as clogged as it is.

the music events are just... rough lol. ping + rhythm game is just a bad time imo, even with the adjustments you can make to the timing. I was able to get them all on pro first try though; the amount of leeway they give you to make mistakes is pretty ridiculous.

My ping is pretty low, mercifully (usually ~20 ms), but I just can never wrap my head around the note-to-button layout on controller. I know I can remap them now but it still just feels really awkward on controller. Maybe if I just map them to LB/LT/RB/RT+A/Up-dpad or something. I wasn't broke up about not clearing out the shop, it's not like I still need any of the books or weapon materials from Mondstadt. I also don't know what the score/accuracy threshold was for the minimum rank you needed, but I imagine it's pretty generous.

Oh yeah I get what you mean now. I was constantly missing notes because I couldn't remember if I should be pressing down or right, Y or B lol. yeah that is super annoying. I've played controller-based rhythm games with more than 6 inputs; they just did a terrible job of setting it up
