I had to slow down with the AR leveling cause whoops, world level was giving taking me for a loop.

Right now, just focusing on leveling Razor (got him to C3 while trying to get Zhongli); Fischl (C0, sadly) and Jean (also C0).

Once they're up, Ning, Benny, Xiangling. Sadly didn't have access to the game for most of Fischl's event, so couldn't stock up on exp scrolls.

Pick four and stick with them, if you're F2P. If the above is everyone you have, I'd probably go with Razor, Benny, Jean, and Xiang. You could also do Ning, Barbara, Fischle and Benny, for a bit more laid back play, with Ning; Barbara + Fischle kinda melts face, but only if things are grouped up.

I've also got Chongyun, Sucrose, Zhongli and Diona. I haven't used them enough to really get a feel for 'em.

But that's good advice. Thank you. The latter 3 of the above listed were more "down the line". The first 3 fall into the 'ok, I like the way these control for the most part'.

I love Sucrose and have heard Diona's shield is super nice.

Diona's shield can cleanse and if you build it right it's hella chunky too. Slowly working on her as I've spread myself too thin.

Not sure how valid this is but there is info going around that this dude had a bought/hacked account originally so original owner/seller took it back which is partly the cause of the dispute in that video of the CS reply. Might just be be white knights trying to discredit him but if I learned anything from online gaming is that hacked/banned people tend to leave out certain details. That said, I can definitely still believe MHY is also that shitty with regards to that guy's account.

Was at 25 pulls since pulling Mona and decided to do 5 more in hopes of another Razor for C4. Pulled Zhongli on #27. FML. Got Razor on #1 at least. Also made it to AR50. Normal enemies are level ~85 for me now.

Mondstat L7 food gives 25-35% shield strenght. Bonkers food for Diona parties.

Something else I wanted to bring up is about you getting Mona > Zhongli. The same thing happened with a friend and myself. It's likely just confirmation bias since a rate increase them would benefit MHY to mention, but it does make me wonder.

Zhongli is being added to the 1.3 CBT which is starting soon. Seems to be a good sign that MHY is taking it seriously to try and adjust him but keeping my expectations tempered. For what it's worth, I'm enjoying him as is though I do have some annoyances and issues with his kit.

I just got him, what are your thoughts pro/con? Like what are the annoyances you mentioned? all I've used him for so far is climbing his pillars and launching with Venti lol. I literally had zero Hero's Wit when I pulled him and several characters ahead of him in line so it'll be a minute

His energy regen isn't consistent on his skill so you basically have to support him which I find kinda ironic considering he is supposed to be a support himself. His Burst's petrify should have been longer but I guess MHY wants you to spend a premium to get that option. His burst also doesn't reset enemies so if one was in the process of a doing a strong attack on you, you're better off just getting out of the way instead of trying to get some damage out of it cause they'll continue on as if nothing happened when petrify stops. His shield, while strong, doesn't cleanse either so in certain domains/abyss floors you're still at the mercy of whatever debuff is active. Some 4 star characters end up being better in that regard. I also don't like that a lot of the good stuff in his kit is locked behind constellations, i.e. extra pillars + shield heal. He doesn't really feel like a 5 star should at c0.

As for pros, jfc his voice is god tier.
