Rumoured banners I'm seeing mentioned:
2.7 Itto
2.8 Kazuha
it's almost as if Hoyoverse knows Kazuha is a key unit and is saving him for just before Sumeru to bleed us of our primos
almost...
in unrelated news, my lil dps showcase of Ayaka + Shenhe + Barbara (thrilling tales) + Venti (VV):
![]()
Nice damage, the 42k is her skill, and charged attack after?
Yes. Shenhe scales really well with Ayaka, but she also eats the buff almost immediately, so it's not particularly sustainable. Not much really lives through it though, until you get to higher abyss levels, and then the sustainability creeps in.
I haven't paid attention to my damage when I used them in the past since it was usually overworld stuff, so I'll have to check it out this weekend. I'll go after that same Ruin Grader since it's in a convenient location. lol
Edit: Tried it out and my Ayaka only crits for 37k with her skill. I think my attack is probably on the low side (~1950) since her crit dmg is around 224.
Edit 2: Just realized I used different characters as well. I used Ayaka/Shenhe/Yae (not used)/Kokomi. I'll try it again with Barbara and Venti.
Another Lumie leak
On a side note, I commissioned an artist to alter a Magic card for me and it turned out much better than I ever imagined. Source art
^ that card looks awesome!
art for Yelan and Kuki Shinobu has leaked and I have never wanted a 4* more in my life
Spoiler: show
If Kuki is a decent electro healer, I'm in. I don't know what place Yelen will have, but if I can get a token copy, I'm good with it.
This man is the literal definition of Drip.
We need the Yelan and Kuki Shinobu leaks from the beta server... should be soon. I want them both but I have my guaranteed 5* and Kazuha is coming so... we'll see
also, this lol

I'm hoping Yelan and Kuki end up being good, but I'll try to get the both regardless since I love both of their designs.
Yelan being revealed made me second guess pulling for Ayato, so I decided I would do his trial and go from there. He's more fun to play than I expected, so I went for him with the plan to hit the 50/50 and stop there. 77 pulls later (fml), I won the 50/50.
I currently have him at 80/90 with artifacts I temporarily (?) stole from Xingqiu and Tortilla (using 4pc Heart of Depth currently). Talents are all level 1 because fuck whoever decided that everyone and their Paimon needs them for upgrades. So even with level 1 talents, he's doing 4.2k crits. I'm looking forward to what he can do once his talents are leveled and his artifacts are sorted.
On a side note, Hoyoverse finally made it so PS players can delete people on their friends list without needing to unfriend them from PSN. It's nice not having to be at 43/45 friends anymore. I deleted anyone that hasn't logged on in over a month (except Kaslo and Killer since their teapots are open lol). Hopefully I didn't delete anyone active by mistake.
So I guess the Miko “fix” is a huge nerf bat.

I didn't get to see the post before it was locked/removed for review, but I didn't notice any issues in my normal play. The one video I saw about it hitting the hilchurl shield is in a vacuum; who's going to sit there and not do something else; it's not like they sit and face the turrent; they face you, and you're always moving around. I also had it hit far away enemies, but they were the last ones up, so the stuff closer to me just died faster, then the totems killed the farther ones while I walked up to them.
Was I missing something else?
I'm not even sure what they changed, but mine is also C0.
Edit: Ah, I guess the change to make her totems target the nearest target kinda undermines the range bonus from her C2.
The other issue is her totems now do 0 dmg to shielded enemies if they are the closest, when before they would attack people at random so it wouldn't be such a dps hit.
The fix is kinda meh but like everything in Genshin Impact it feels like the community exaggerates the problem x1000.
It feels like these people never played Fischl.
I agree that people are likely exaggerating the issue with Yae.
Except they still damage shield enemies. I just did Mondstadt dailies, for a change of pace, and the big shield bros were getting hit by them. The C2 range thing somewhat applies, though it's just that things die outward instead of randomly getting dinged. I won't argue there's a change, but I'm not seeing the reason for outrage.
Yelan's most interesting trait to me is the DMG% boost.... she seems like a duplicate Xingqiu but that boost on her Q goes up to 50% over time, I wonder how impactful that wlil be
As someone who spent money on Yae, I was worried about the chages but the outrage is unfounded. She could be better (if(enemy.hasShield()) {target = newEnemy())}) but she's arguably no worse or better off than before, just different. Were people really wanting C2 to hit enemies halfway across the field and not the ones right in front of them?
