Apparently a lot of users are experiencing smoking XBoxes and disc drives not accepting discs, The smoking XBoxes looks hella fake to me though, like someone vaped into it.

In other news, I ran a couple tests with some stuff and the Series X is no bueno for home media server apps.

Apparently this was also an issue with the Xbox One that Microsoft has never attempted to fix, but the system just can't do HEVC/x265 directplay from stuff like Emby (and I assume Plex). It's not a big issue for me since I'd rather use my Nvidia Shield and its sweet sweet AI upscaling to watch stuff from my server, but if anyone was thinking about that scenario just fyi.

Other note, if you use something like Harmony Hub it'll detect the Series X as a Xbox One. It'll turn it on and off properly but it's gonna be all confused on automatic button assignments since all of the TV/One Guide stuff is gone.

Xbox One was literally the worst PLEX client. It would get obliterated by $20 sticks. I downloaded PLEX on XSX yesterday, but forgot to test it. Sigh....I don't know how that is a thing still.

Tried PLEX on XSX last night, and it was a lot better than Xbox One. It still gets shit on by a Shield or Firestick.

That's been my issue with the PS5 controller. Thought it was just me. That shit is great when you're balls deep in a Demon's Souls boss fight......
